Oakland Park Family Medicine is a small, family practice, catering to the needs of patients for over 30 years. Our team of experienced providers takes the time to personally care and treat our patients as if they were family. We provide our patients with access to routine physicals, sick care, telehealth visits, womens care, and much more.

• Fully outpatient role, no hospital call or rounding.

  Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
• Focusing on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance and
  disease prevention.
• Demonstrates both autonomy and proficiency in the performance of comprehensive health assessments and communicates Plan of Care with Patients and/or their families.
• Proficient in diagnosing, treating and managing our current population with comorbidities.
• Effectively communicates with all members of the care team and facilitates a medically appropriate and effective plan of care to avoid unnecessary duplication of testing and fragmentation of care.
• E-Clinical Works Electronic Health Records.
