Full-Time | Outpatient | No Call
MASC Medical is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urgent Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Pembroke Pines, FL. This opportunity offers a structured weekly schedule, strong compensation, and a procedural-focused environment in a modern clinical setting. This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys hands‑on patient care in a fast‑paced environment with a strong occupational health component.
Schedule- Wednesday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (6-hour shift)
- Thursday & Friday: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shift)
- No overnight call
- $220,000 - $240,000 annual salary
- Full benefits package (details available upon request)
- Provide comprehensive urgent care services in an outpatient setting
- Perform procedures including:
- Suturing
- Incision & Drainage (I&D)
- Minor office-based procedures
- Occupational health evaluations and treatment
- Preventive care and health promotion services
- Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain accurate documentation (eClinical
Works experience a plus)
- Active Florida Medical License
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Family Medicine
- Internal Medicine
- Emergency Medicine
- Occupational Medicine
- DOT Certification preferred
- FAA physical certification a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Commitment to high ethical and clinical standards
- Comfortable managing a broad scope of urgent care presentations
- Strong procedural skills
- Efficient and confident in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
