Job Title

The Enfance Service of the city of LORMONT is actively looking for dynamic and creative after-school animators to join our team for the 2026/2027 school year. If you enjoy working with children, have great organizational and adaptability skills, and wish to grow and progress professionally, this opportunity is for you!

Main duties:

• Supervise children aged 3 to 6 years and/or 6 to 11 years during after-school activities.
• Design and implement educational and fun projects tailored to the needs of the children.
• Ensure the safety of the children and enforce the rules of life in the community.
• Foster the development of the children by offering varied and stimulating activities.
• Maintain regular communication with parents and the pedagogical team.

- Diploma in the field of animation highly recommended (BAFA, BAFD, BPJEPS…)

- Experience in animation is appreciated.

- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other stakeholders (teachers, parents, etc.).

- Excellent communication and animation skills.

- Sense of listening and ability to adapt to the individual needs of the children.

- Knowledge of safety rules and regulations in force in the context of after-school animation.

This vacancy is open for 5 similar positions. Position to be filled from September 1, 2026.

Work location:

All schools in the city of LORMONT. Open to contractual or civil service employees of category C in the animation sector. Statutory remuneration + indemnity regime + social benefits (employer participation for social security, mobility allowance or transport premium, Social Welfare Committee…).

It is possible to recruit a non-contender for this position as one of the grades indicated is an entry-level grade for category C that allows direct recruitment without a public service competition.

Position open to the following grades of the Territorial Public Service:
Assistant Animator, Assistant Animator Principal Second Class

Art. L332-8 disposition 2 of the General Code of Public Service - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position for the needs of the services or by the nature of the functions when no application from a civil servant has been made. The proposed contract may not exceed three years, renewable up to a maximum duration of six years.
