About Us

One on One Learning is a trusted provider of K–12 academic intervention, operating in 45+ school districts across 15 states. With over 3 million hours of tutoring delivered, our personalized, data-driven instruction supports measurable student growth.

We are seeking Certified Tutors to deliver targeted, one‑on‑one and small group instruction during the school day. Tutors will use evidence‑based strategies and culturally responsive teaching to help students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.

Deliver individualized and small‑group tutoring in reading and math across K–8 grade levels, utilizing evidence‑based strategies and culturally responsive teaching to foster academic and emotional growth.

• Valid Florida teaching certification (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) Required
• Proficiency in tutoring reading and math across grade levels (K–8)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM‑2:45 PM
• $25 per hour
