Alpha is seeking an on-site coach to work in New York City or Miami, Florida, with relocation assistance available. You will coach Guides and students, use performance data and observations to drive growth, and design workshops on communication, resilience, accountability and life skills for a K-3 cohort.
You will develop repeatable coaching playbooks, train Guides, and contribute to campus-wide standards, focusing on measurable progress and student independence.
