Essential Job Functions:

Along with the head coach and assistant coach:

• Implement a comprehensive recruiting plan for the identification and recruitment of qualified student-athletes
• Schedule games, make transportation and lodging arrangements for team travel
• Develop and implement plans and strategies for practices and competition

Job Functions:

• Monitor student-athletes' academic progression.

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Understand and comply with NCAA Division II, conference and University rules and regulations.

• Effectively prioritize work in fast paced environment
• Available to work nights and weekends
