Essential Job Functions:
Along with the head coach and assistant coach:
- Implement a comprehensive recruiting plan for the identification and recruitment of qualified student-athletes
- Schedule games, make transportation and lodging arrangements for team travel
- Develop and implement plans and strategies for practices and competition

Job Functions:
- Monitor student-athletes' academic progression.
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Understand and comply with NCAA Division II, conference and University rules and regulations.

- Oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Effectively prioritize work in fast paced environment
- Available to work nights and weekends
