Position summary:The Digital Media Buyer & Marketing Technologist manages paid acquisition and the technical infrastructure behind it. This role plans, launches, optimizes and reports on every paid campaign across 10 Florida markets, and manages the tracking, website and CRM plumbing that connects an ad click to a signed membership.
The person in this seat is accountable for cost per membership inquiry and cost per member acquired, and for making sure leadership can see, at any time, exactly where the marketing budget is going and what it is returning.
Key responsibilities:Paid media management (approx. 45%)
- Manage strategy, build, launch and daily optimization of paid campaigns across Meta, Google Search, Performance Max, You Tube and emerging channels.
- Manage budget allocation and pacing across all 10 club locations, shifting spend toward the markets and campaigns delivering the strongest return.
- Build and maintain audience strategy: geo-targeting by location, lookalikes, retargeting pools, and seasonal audience segments.
- Run a continuous testing program across creative, copy, audience, placement, offer and landing page, with documented results.
- Manage bid strategy, negotiation and vendor relationships for any media placements.
- Manage the full measurement stack:
Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, call tracking and offline conversion imports. - Ensure every lead source is correctly tagged and attributed from first click through to membership sale.
- Build and maintain leadership dashboards covering spend, leads, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and pipeline by location.
- Deliver weekly performance snapshots and a monthly deep-dive with recommendations to the Director of Marketing and CMO.
- Diagnose data discrepancies between platforms, analytics and the CRM, and resolve them.
- Optimize the Hubspot CRM from a marketing perspective: lead routing to the correct location, source fields, automations, lifecycle stages and data hygiene.
- Build, test and maintain landing pages and forms for campaigns, membership offers and location-specific promotions.
- Manage website updates, page speed, mobile experience, and conversion rate optimization on the primary site.
- Manage local SEO across all 10 locations:
Google Business Profiles, location pages, citations, schema and review generation. - Manage the email and SMS platform — automation flows, segmentation, deliverability and list health.
- Brief the Social Media & Content Specialist on creative needs, specs, volume and testing priorities.
- Partner with the Sales Manager and location managers to close the loop on lead quality and follow-up speed.
- Support the Director of Marketing with budget forecasting, scenario modeling and campaign planning.
