Admissions Counselor – Graduate Admissions

Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Are you a people-focused professional who enjoys helping others navigate important decisions and keeping them on track toward their goals?

Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law is seeking an Admissions Counselor – Graduate Admissions to join our team!

This is a highly front-facing, student-focused role where you’ll serve as an important point of contact for prospective graduate students as they move through the admissions process. From answering initial questions to helping applicants complete forms and requirements, you’ll provide the guidance, follow-up, and personalized support that helps turn prospective-student interest into completed applications.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage and follow up with prospective student inquiries, leads, and applicants
  • Guide applicants through the admissions process from initial inquiry through admissions decision
  • Assist prospective students with applications, required forms, documentation, and next steps
  • Communicate regularly with applicants by phone, email, text, and virtual platforms
  • Monitor application progress and proactively follow up with applicants who may need additional assistance
  • Review applicant information for eligibility, including GPA, prerequisites, and program fit
  • Maintain accurate applicant information and communication activity within the CRM
  • Participate in recruitment events, presentations, and outreach activities
  • Deliver a welcoming, responsive, and professional experience to prospective students
What We’re Looking For
  • At least one year of student services-related experience
  • Comfortable managing multiple applicants and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to provide clear guidance while delivering a positive student experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
