Mid to Senior Plumbing Engineer​/Project Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a Mid-to-Senior Plumbing Engineer / Project Manager to oversee plumbing system design and execution for residential and commercial high-rise projects in Fort Lauderdale. This role requires both strong technical expertise and leadership capability within an MEP consulting framework.

You will manage plumbing design deliverables while coordinating across disciplines and supporting construction implementation.

• Lead plumbing design for multi-story residential and commercial developments.
• Produce riser diagrams, layouts, schedules, and documentation using Revit and CAD.
• Perform system sizing calculations and flow analysis.
• Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, architectural, and construction teams.
• Oversee project timelines and technical standards.
• Support construction administration including RFIs and submittal reviews.
• Ensure compliance with IPC, UPC, and local codes.
• Maintain organized documentation and client communication.

• 5–10 years of plumbing design experience in MEP firms.
• High-rise and real estate development experience preferred.
• Strong Revit and CAD proficiency.
• Engineering degree in a related field.
• EIT or PE license preferred or in progress.
• Proven project management and coordination skills.
