Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the R&D Expert Center and staff, ensuring alignment with innovation and sustainability objectives Oversee the execution of R&D projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintain relationships with external partners
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field or comparable industry experience (Plastics Engineering / Packaging preferred) Minimum of 8 years of experience in leading successful R&D projects and managing cross-functional teams Strong knowledge of advanced technology and sustainability principles Preferred experience in the healthcare packaging field Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
