Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
This role is intended for senior-level engineers only. Candidates without extensive hands-on infrastructure and multi-environment experience will not be considered.
Position SummaryWe are looking for a high-level Infrastructure Engineer to join our Managed Services team - someone who operates as a true escalation point and can confidently own complex environments across multiple clients.
This is not a step-up role. This is a seat for an experienced engineer who can design, troubleshoot, and lead across cloud, networking, and core infrastructure - while communicating clearly with both clients and internal teams.
What You'll Do- Act as the top technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues
- Design and support on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Lead infrastructure projects, migrations, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot cross-domain issues (server, network, cloud) end-to-end
- Drive root cause analysis and long-term solutions (not just quick fixes)
