Project Controls, Scheduler II
Design, monitor, and execute project schedules for small to medium-size energy projects, ensuring accurate coordination and reporting across all project activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager or Project Controls Manager with monitoring project aspects, focusing on energy delivery and attention to detail.
- Develop, evaluate, compile, and present schedule data; generate schedules for work execution.
- Monitor construction progress and provide written summary progress reports.
- Participate in project coordination meetings.
- Demonstrate familiarity with scheduling concepts, logic diagrams, schedule resources, milestones, and general presentation of schedules.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
- Ability to interpret construction schedules.
- Familiarity with scheduling software.
- Experience with cost and resource loaded schedules.
- Certifications (CST, CCT, CACM, CMIT, CDT, PSP, EVP, PMI-SP, EIT, PMP, etc.).
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 2 years in construction scheduling.
- Basic understanding of scheduling software (Primavera, MS Project, or similar).
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
