Plumbing Designer​/Engineer Fort Lauderdale, FL - DK

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop plumbing systems, including domestic water, sanitary, vent, and storm drainage systems.
• Prepare plumbing layouts, drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and assist with design reviews.
• Support project teams in resolving design-related issues during construction.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in plumbing design or engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and design standards.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and teamwork skills.

• Experience with BIM coordination and Revit‑based project environments.
• EIT (Engineer‑in‑Training) or PE (Professional Engineer) license is a plus, but not required.
