Key Responsibilities
  • Design, estimating, engineering and permitting
  • Review contract requirements, existing engineering drawing, roof reports and other technical reports to ensure proper system design meets code and client requirements
  • Work with sales rep to develop job estimates, perform site take offs, get vendor and subcontractor quotes as needed
  • Work with Construction managers to review design requirements and plan for construction and installation
  • Submission and Coordination for Permits/Engineering Drawings as needed
  • Work with suppliers to develop price lists and negotiate prices
  • Perform procurement for all materials and equipment’s
  • Coordinate shipments and stocking of inventory as needed
  • Develop and send out bid requests to engineers and subcontractors
  • Oversee al installation efforts and provide direction for Construction Managers to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
  • Assume additional responsibilities as directed
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required
Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent or extensive experience in Commercial HVAC Industry preferred
Experience
  • Over 4 years in the HVAC Industry with technical hands‑on experience
  • 2 plus years of project management experience preferred
Skills & Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug and Agility tests
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to use AutoCAD
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
