Job Description
As a Project Manager for Atwell's Civil Engineering group, you will work on diverse residential land development projects of varying sizes and complexities.
Responsibilities- Project
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the production team, assisting them in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing preliminary and final site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents for residential communities and subdivisions. - Mentorship and Guidance: Guide and assist junior staff, ensuring project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Technical Guru: Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, stormwater management reports, project schedules, and utility coordination.
- Construction Support: Provide construction-related services and direct junior team members, such as permit applications, quantity estimates, contractor coordination, and field support.
- Engineering Software Whiz: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and other engineering software packages to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget.
- Future-Ready: Develop Project Manager skills through training and mentoring, with opportunities to grow within Atwell's residential land development practice.
