Commercial Manager Role

Your daily role as a Commercial Manager

As a Commercial Engineer, you will play a key role in the development of Freyssinet's building and industrial activities in the Gironde basin.

• Identifying and developing business opportunities in your sector, by building a trusting relationship with our clients and partners.
• Participating in the development of commercial action plans to achieve our growth objectives in the building and industrial markets
• Offering customized and differentiating technical solutions, in collaboration with our operational technical direction.
• Leading the sales cycle from A to Z, from prospecting to contract signing, including offer development, pricing, and commercial negotiation.
• Deploying our representation strategy at events and within regional professional organizations
• Conducting market and technological surveillance to anticipate future needs of our clients.

To succeed in this role:

• You have a degree in engineering or a master's in civil engineering, public works, or commerce with a strong technical interest.

• You have confirmed experience (3 to 5 years) in a commercial role, preferably in the construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure sector.

• You are proactive and autonomous, with a real ability to develop your client portfolio.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and can convince, while also providing real technical value.

This role is not for you if:

You are looking for a standardized commercial role with little technicality. This role requires a deep understanding of technical solutions and the ability to work in project mode with our clients and our design offices. You will need to show rigor and perseverance to conduct sometimes complex and long-term negotiations.
