Packaging Engineer

This role is responsible for leading packaging design and development activities across new product development and lifecycle management initiatives. The position supports cross-functional teams in delivering compliant, effective packaging solutions aligned with regulatory and design control requirements. It provides broad technical oversight across packaging engineering, testing, and manufacturing transfer activities.

• Lead packaging development projects, coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders from concept through commercialization
• Develop packaging design inputs, specifications, and system‑level architectures based on user and product requirements
• Execute project plans within defined timelines and design control processes to ensure compliance
• Evaluate and implement packaging technologies including testing, sterilization, prototyping, and simulation methods
• Manage design change processes by coordinating engineering activities, completing technical assessments, and updating documentation
• Define and execute verification and validation strategies for packaging systems
• Support manufacturing transfers and new product introductions by aligning packaging designs with production capabilities
• Analyze non‑conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions for existing products

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in packaging design

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field
