This role is responsible for leading packaging design and development activities across new product development and lifecycle management initiatives. The position supports cross-functional teams in delivering compliant, effective packaging solutions aligned with regulatory and design control requirements. It provides broad technical oversight across packaging engineering, testing, and manufacturing transfer activities.
** What You Will Do*
* + Lead packaging development projects, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders from concept through commercialization
+ Develop packaging design inputs, specifications, and system-level architectures based on user and product requirements
+ Execute project plans within defined timelines and design control processes to ensure compliance
+ Evaluate and implement packaging technologies including testing, sterilization, prototyping, and simulation methods
+ Manage design change processes by coordinating engineering activities, completing technical assessments, and updating documentation
+ Define and execute verification and validation strategies for packaging systems
+ Support manufacturing transfers and new product introductions by aligning packaging designs with production capabilities
+ Analyze non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions for existing products

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field
+ 4+ years of experience in packaging design

+ Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or related field

** USN** : $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
