Senior Site/Civil Project Manager
We're looking for a Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to join a collaborative and growing team in Fort Lauderdale. This is a great opportunity to take the lead on a wide range of land development projects while working alongside experienced industry professionals.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead the design and permitting of commercial, institutional, and mixed-use developments for both public and private clients
- Partner with leadership to help drive team growth, project success, and staff utilization
- Play an active role in business development — building new client relationships and maintaining strong partnerships with existing ones
- Oversee all aspects of site/civil design, including:
- Site layout
- Grading
- Drainage
- Infrastructure
- Erosion & sediment control
- Manage projects from early concept through final construction
- Lead stormwater management design, including hydrologic and hydraulic analysis and SWPPP preparation
- Collaborate across disciplines, integrating geotechnical and environmental considerations into project designs
- Jump in where needed — this is a team-oriented role with a lot of variety
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of site/civil experience, especially in land development (both small and large projects)
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) license / Will consider candidates with an EIT
- Strong experience with:
- Site design and layout
- Grading and drainage
- Infrastructure design
- Erosion and sediment control
- Confidence in managing client relationships and project delivery
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
- Experience with technical writing and proposals
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Active involvement in professional organizations is a plus
