Project Manager – Civil Engineering Group
Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee diverse residential land development projects. Responsibilities include collaborating with the production team on drafting and reviewing site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents; mentoring junior staff; producing technical reports; providing construction support; and leveraging AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the production team to draft, review, and finalize preliminary and final site plans, grading plans, utility layouts, and construction documents for residential communities and subdivisions.
- Guide and mentor junior staff, ensuring project-based tasks are executed accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and deliver engineering reports, opinions, and recommendations, including hydrology/hydraulic studies, stormwater management reports, project schedules, and utility coordination.
- Provide construction-related services such as permit applications, quantity estimates, contractor coordination, and field support.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and engineering software to ensure assignments are completed on time and within budget.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development to grow within Atwell’s residential land development practice.
