Electrical Design Engineer EIT/PE - Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will have 6-8+ years of engineering consulting experience and will develop electrical designs from concept through construction completion on institutional and commercial projects.

Develop electrical designs for power, lighting, fire alarm, and building systems; prepare design calculations, layouts, and detailed engineering reports; coordinate electrical requirements with architecture, mechanical, and other disciplines; mentor junior staff; and ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.

• BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering
• EIT or PE License desired
• 6-8+ years of experience designing and managing MEP projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Proven experience designing power and lighting systems on complex projects
• Experience with educational, healthcare, hospitality, mixed‑use, multi‑family, and civic/institutional projects
• Strong technical leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with local building codes & standards

• LEED Accredited Professional and experience with LEED or other green rating systems
• Experience and interest in sustainable building design
