Seeking a Sr Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. Successful candidates will have 6‑10+ years of experience in Electrical Design/Engineering of electrical building systems and preparing detailed electrical engineering drawings and calculations. You will be responsible for the design of electrical systems from schematics through construction administration on a wide range of building types including Commercial, High‑Rise, Hotel/Casino, Healthcare, Public Sector, Data/Computer Facilities, etc.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET Accredited College or University
- PE License in Florida (Required)
- 6–10+ years of experience in electrical design
- Strong proficiency in Revit Software
- Experience with mid‑rise and high‑rise projects in Florida
- Knowledge of local codes and permitting processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Stable work history
- Spanish bilingual; LEED Accredited Professional and previous experience participating in the LEED or other green rating system process;
Experience and interest in sustainable building design.
- Design power, lighting, and low‑voltage systems for commercial and residential buildings
- Produce construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Florida codes and standards
- Support projects through design, permitting, and construction phases
- Provide technical expertise on complex design challenges
