As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take ownership of high-dollar, multidiscipline projects that define the future of water resources in Florida. You'll have the autonomy to lead strategy, manage delivery, and mentor talented engineers - while leveraging the full resources of a firm that competes at the highest level nationally. From FDOT roadway drainage systems to stream restoration and water quality initiatives, your work will make a measurable impact.

• Lead complex projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
• Drive business development efforts - identify leads, develop proposals, and build client relationships.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to project teams, fostering growth and excellence.
• Represent the firm in client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources.
• 15+ years of experience in drainage and water resources projects.
• Expertise in ICPR, SWMM, HEC-RAS, and proficiency in Bentley ORD, Civil 3D, and ArcGIS.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record in business development and managing multidiscipline teams.
