Touring Technicians (Urgent Cover) - A Taste of Ireland U.S Tour DESCRIPTION

  • Contract Dates:
    March 2nd - March 29th
  • Pay Rate: $900-$1200 (based on experience) + $392 per diems per week.
  • Location:

    Touring across the U.S
  • Accommodation + Travel:
    All travel + shared accommodation provided.

About the Production

A Taste of Ireland is a high-energy Irish music and dance spectacular, blending traditional storytelling with world-class performance. After a sold‑out international season, the show returns to the U.S. We are predominantly seeking an experienced LX Operator/Relighter to join our established touring crew for this urgent cover position to finish our U.S. Winter tour (ending March 29th). But we would also love to hear from Tech Swings and Sound roles as we start to look to our future tours across US and Canada.

Key

Duties and Requirements
  • Experience of ETC consoles, relighting, and operation.
  • Ability to interpret and relight from provided documentation for each venue.
  • Rig & Focus at each venue.
  • Ability to perform maintenance as and when needed on the moving lights.
  • Confident managing load‑ins/outs and adapting to a variety of non‑union touring venues.
  • Prepare and maintain show paperwork, including cue sheets.
  • Collaborate with Dance Captains to accommodate venue‑specific adjustments.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and positive under pressure.
