Job Description:The Raider Central Support Specialist is directly accountable to the Associate Director of Enrollment Services for the following duties and responsibilities:
The individual filling this position is expected to play a positive leadership role in helping the College effectively manage change.
- Act as greeter and front desk customer service professional for the Student Success Center
- Respond to phone calls, emails, in-person and web inquiries in a professional, customer service-oriented manner
- Maintain the appearance of the main lobby and ensure visitors needs are being met in a timely, professional manner
- Provide general administrative support for the department as needed
- As a part of the college's risk management tool annual mandatory compliance training is required
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in reception and/or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends

Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: Average 29 hours per week (Not to exceed 29 hours per week)
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
