Junior Loan Processor / Mortgage Loan Originator
South Florida | Full-Time | In-Office / Hybrid
Our company has proudly served the South Florida mortgage market for over 25 years. We are currently seeking a Junior Loan Processor / Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone early in their mortgage career who wants long-term stability, hands-on training, and a clear path for advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with residential mortgage loan processing and origination
- Guide borrowers through the loan application process
- Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
- Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, realtors, lenders, and title companies
- Ensure loan files meet lender and compliance requirements
- Follow up on conditions to keep loans moving toward closing
- Maintain accurate records and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 1–2 years of experience in mortgage loan processing or origination preferred
- Florida Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with deadlines and multiple files
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
- Over 25 years in business with a strong reputation in South Florida
