As a Bookkeeper, you play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth financial operations. You manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and prepare financial reports to support informed decision‑making. Your attention to detail helps reconcile bank statements and monitor financial discrepancies. You will work in an office setting, handling sensitive financial data, and collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities- Coordinate efforts to meet financial regulatory standards and company policies
- Administer daily financial processes and maintain precise documentation
- Develop financial reports and provide them to stakeholders to facilitate informed choices
- Analyze processes for enhancement and implement efficient bookkeeping solutions
- Maintain accurate records by systematically reconciling bank statements and accounts
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar area
- Meticulous and organized in managing tasks
- Skill with accounting platforms such as Quick Books is a plus
