Role Overview

The Disclosure & Closing Coordinator manages the loan file from initial disclosures through closing and funding, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payoff of the warehouse line. This is a checklist-driven, deadline-sensitive position that requires close attention to detail and comfort working behind the scenes.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven team member to own the disclosure-to-closing process and ensure every loan funds cleanly off the warehouse line.
