Job Summary

Subject matter expert responsible for managing the calculation of key pricing metrics, maintaining compliance with all government pricing calculation and reporting, and government rebate processing requirements. Supports Associate Director, Government Pricing with interpretation of statutes, rules, and laws pertaining to government pricing. Reviews, validates and approves all work product from Senior Analyst, Government Pricing and Analyst/Senior Analyst Government Rebates. Recommends, reviews and approves process documentation related to government pricing and rebate processing methodologies and procedures.

Leads analytical initiatives to enhance business planning and decision‑making processes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and review the work product of analysts who perform all required government pricing calculations including Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP), Medicaid Unit Rebate Amount (URA), PHS (340b), Average Sales Price (ASP), non‑Federal Average Manufacturer Price (nFAMP), Federal Ceiling Price (FCP), etc.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely reporting of all government pricing calculations.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain compliance for all government pricing calculation methodologies.
  • Manage and lead day‑to‑day government rebate processing activities for all Medicaid, Tricare, and Coverage Gap claims.
  • Ensure timely and accurate review and approval of all Government Rebate payments.
  • Lead government rebate dispute resolution associated with disputed claims.
  • Identify and resolve compliance issues and pricing requests from various stakeholders.
  • Support associate director with calculation compliance and manage day‑to‑day activities associated with government pricing calculations.
  • Ensure SOPs and work instructions are documented, relevant, and up‑to‑date.
  • Assist Associate Director Government Pricing on efforts to identify and advise leadership of risks and opportunities related to government pricing as they relate to potential business strategies and initiatives.
  • Attend industry‑related seminars and training to ensure compliance knowledge is current and up‑to‑date.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Assist Associate Director in managing the ongoing performance of staff, which includes, but is not limited to:
    • Review and approval of day‑to‑day work product in accordance with deliverable targets;
    • Providing feedback to Associate Director on team performance and accomplishments.
  • Utilize open, honest, two‑way communication to build trust‑based relationships with employees, business partners and direct leader while continuously improving leadership capabilities by personally seeking feedback and development.
