Senior Bookkeeper – Financial Operations (Part‑Time | Hybrid | Jupiter, FL)
Location: Hybrid (Jupiter, FL)
Schedule: 20 hours per week
Compensation: $32–$40 per hour (DOE)

Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Bookkeeper – Financial Operations to manage the financial backbone of our growing business. This role is dedicated exclusively to bookkeeping, invoicing, reporting, and cash flow oversight. The ideal candidate is not just transactional. They are proactive, numbers-driven, and take ownership of financial accuracy and visibility. Key Responsibilities- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using Quick Books Online
- Perform monthly reconciliations (bank, credit cards, accounts)
- Prepare and issue client invoices
- Track accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate and timely financial records
- Monitor and manage company cash flow
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and financial reports
- Generate weekly and monthly financial summaries
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting
- Identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Maintain organized financial documentation and systems
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience (full-cycle preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
- Experience generating financial and KPI reports
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience in small or growing businesses
- Strong understanding of cash flow management
- Ability to identify financial trends and operational inefficiencies
