Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist with strong high-volume processing experience to join a growing team in Oakland Park. This role will play a key part in managing full-cycle AR functions, ensuring accurate cash application, timely collections, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has hands-on Net Suite experience and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Manage full-cycle accounts receivable processes in a high-volume environment

* Post and apply daily cash receipts, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks

* Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

* Perform collections activities, including following up on past due balances and maintaining aging reports

* Investigate short payments, chargebacks, and unapplied cash

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date AR aging and reporting

* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment issues

* Assist with month-end close activities related to AR, including reporting and reconciliations

* Support process improvements and streamline AR workflows within Net Suite

Qualifications:

* 3-5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including high-volume processing

* Prior experience in a senior or lead AR capacity preferred

* Strong Net Suite experience required

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

* Solid understanding of cash applications, reconciliations, and collections

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
