Treasury Management Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Treasury Management Specialist, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Key responsibilities include on-boarding clients' treasury and cash management accounts, ensuring efficient handling of funds, providing cash flow recommendations including Online, ACH & Wire, and supporting the delivery of treasury management solutions. The role also requires analyzing financial operations to maximize revenue opportunities, offering client training on treasury services, and coordinating with internal teams to meet client needs.

This role will support our Strategic Relationship Managers and you will be an integral part of managing relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in Treasury Management, Cash Management, and Money Management
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess and optimize financial processes
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with banking regulations and financial compliance is an advantage
• Proficiency with financial and treasury software systems is a plus, specifically Fi Serv
• Strong Interpersonal Skills including Written Communication
