Vice President Finance

The Vice President of Finance will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the strategic direction and oversight of the company's financial activities. • Conduct financial analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and profit margins to inform strategy and operational decisions.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards, providing real‑time visibility into financial performance, key metrics, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the company’s risk management strategy, identifying and mitigating financial risks related to markets, foreign exchange, regulatory changes, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including tax filings, reporting, and financial controls.
• Lead the preparation for audits, working closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure that the company meets all financial reporting and compliance requirements.
