QSO Capital Management LLC is seeking an Associate, Private Equity to support deal execution and portfolio oversight for Mega Alpha Fund I LP. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex transactions across valuation, diligence, and portfolio monitoring in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous private equity environment. The Associate will work directly within QSO Capital Management alongside senior investment professionals across the firm's investment banking, capital advisory, and asset management platforms.

Equiturn Holdings is a Florida-based multi-entity financial platform engaged in complex M&A advisory, private capital formation, structured debt and equity transactions, asset management, sports and entertainment finance, and strategic business solutions. QSO Capital Management LLC is the SEC-registered investment management arm of Equiturn Holdings, Inc., serving as Investment Manager and responsible for all investment decisions across two funds:

Mega Alpha Fund I LP is a private equity fund focused on middle-market opportunities across four strategic allocations:
Sports, Media & Entertainment (40%), Growth & Opportunistic investments (45%), Other Diversified Plays (10%), and Venture Capital (5%). The fund targets businesses with strong growth trajectories and creates value through active ownership and operational partnerships.

EQ+R Legacy Growth Fund LP is a strategic hedge fund that pursues asymmetric risk/reward opportunities across equities, structured notes, derivatives, foreign exchange, and other financial instruments to generate superior risk-adjusted returns.

The Associate role supports Mega Alpha Fund I LP and will provide critical analytical and research support to investment teams. They are the first line of diligence, responsible for modeling, benchmarking, and evaluating investment opportunities.

• Source and screen potential investment opportunities through market research and networking
• Build and maintain financial models (LBO, DCF, comparable company analysis)
• Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with legal, financial, and operational advisors
• Draft investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee
• Support negotiation and closing of transactions
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic/operational initiatives
• Assist with fundraising materials and investor (LP) reporting
• Manage relationships with bankers, intermediaries, and advisors

• 2–5 years in investment banking, or private equity experience is required
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and financial modeling skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and work ethics.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or similar fields.
