QSO Capital Management LLC is seeking an Associate, Private Equity to support deal execution and portfolio oversight for Mega Alpha Fund I LP. This position offers hands-on exposure to complex transactions across valuation, diligence, and portfolio monitoring in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous private equity environment. The Associate will work directly within QSO Capital Management alongside senior investment professionals across the firm's investment banking, capital advisory, and asset management platforms.

Role OverviewThe Associate role supports Mega Alpha Fund I LP and will provide critical analytical and research support to investment teams. They are the first line of diligence, responsible for modeling, benchmarking, and evaluating investment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Source and screen potential investment opportunities through market research and networking
- Build and maintain financial models (LBO, DCF, comparable company analysis)
- Lead due diligence efforts, coordinating with legal, financial, and operational advisors
- Draft investment memos and presentations for the Investment Committee
- Support negotiation and closing of transactions
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support strategic/operational initiatives
- Assist with fundraising materials and investor (LP) reporting
- Manage relationships with bankers, intermediaries, and advisors
- 2–5 years in investment banking, or private equity experience is required
- Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and financial modeling skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and work ethics.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or similar fields.
