We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to serve as a vital liaison during the integration of newly hired financial advisors. This pivotal role drives the execution of seamless practice transitions, ensuring new wealth management teams hit the ground running with maximum operational efficiency. The right candidate will bring a strong background in broker-dealer operations, a valid Series 7 license, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record of facilitating smooth advisor integrations.

• Facilitate the comprehensive onboarding journey for newly joining advisors and their support personnel.
• Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to streamline account transfers, registration paperwork, and documentation processing.
• Deliver hands‑on operational support and systemic training to advisors during the initial transition period.
• Track onboarding milestones to ensure regulatory compliance and timely execution of book-of-business transfers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving transition inquiries and technical account setup questions.

• Active FINRA Series 7 registration required.
• Four‑year Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 2+ years of professional experience in broker-dealer operations, advisor transitions, or wealth management support.
• Must reside in South Florida and be capable of commuting on‑site to Fort Lauderdale 3 days per week.
• Exceptional communication skills with a client‑first approach to problem‑solving.
• Strong organizational capabilities and high attention to detail in fast‑paced environments.
