Our structured three-month training program is designed to teach you the business from the ground up, with the opportunity to grow into a Mortgage Loan Officer role.

- Contact prospective home buyers and introduce them to our mortgage solutions
- Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential clients
- Qualify leads and transfer eligible borrowers to Mortgage Loan Officers
- Learn mortgage products, guidelines, and the loan process from start to finish
- Develop the skills needed to grow into a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone
- Ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Excited to learn and grow in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience
- Mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
- NMLS license is not required
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Fully on-site in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, FL
