- Lead annual audit, budgeting, and strategic planning efforts that directly impact organizational success.
- Partner with external stakeholders including foundations, banks, legal counsel, auditors, and funding sources.
- Join a mission-focused organization where financial leadership supports meaningful community impact.
- Lead all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, and treasury operations.
- Oversee Human Resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
- Manage grant reporting, restricted funds, endowments, and capital project accounting.
- Direct annual budgeting, forecasting, audit activities, and IRS Form 990 preparation.
- Serve as liaison to the Board Finance Committee and provide financial insights to leadership.
- Develop and strengthen financial controls, policies, risk management programs, and vendor relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of leadership experience in accounting, finance, and fiscal management.
- Prior supervisory and team leadership experience.
- MUST have experience with non-profit and grants
- CPA preferred.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and internal controls.
