VP Of Finance Or CFO Opportunity
Our client is in the aviation and logistics industry nationwide seeking a VP of Finance or CFO to join their south Florida office, with tremendous growth to join a nationwide company based in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate preferably have multi-state and location experience with a proven track record of rolling up your sleeves, a history of taking companies to the next level.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and driving the strategic direction and operations of the system-wide payroll function for the organization.
- Overseeing financial operations supporting activities, including revenue, expense management, cash handling, provisioning.
- Partnering with senior leadership in operations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness, as well as in implementing strategic objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with international and regional labor laws, negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective services.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, CPA strongly preferred.
