Senior Analyst​/Associate – Corporate Development; Data Centers & Power

We are partnering with a high-growth company to hire a Senior Analyst / Associate for its Corporate Development team in Miami. This is an opportunity to join an active, highly transactional team and work closely with senior leadership across M&A, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other key growth initiatives. The role will provide significant exposure to complex transactions from initial evaluation through execution.

• Evaluate and execute M&A, strategic investments, and joint ventures
• Build financial models and perform valuation and transaction analysis
• Support due diligence, transaction structuring, and negotiations
• Prepare investment materials and recommendations for senior leadership
• Work closely with internal teams and external advisors throughout the transaction process

• 1.5-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, investing, or corporate development
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and transaction execution skills
• M&A or relevant transaction experience
• Experience across power, renewables, energy, or digital infrastructure strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Based in Miami or willing to relocate
