About This Opportunity

Join our team as a Mortgage Processor and play a key role in helping borrowers achieve home ownership. You'll manage loans from application through closing, working closely with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third-party partners to keep every file moving efficiently and on schedule. • Manage residential mortgage loans from application through closing, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Review and verify loan documentation, including income, assets, and supporting financial records, for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages to underwriting and work to clear outstanding conditions.
• Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, title companies, insurance agents, and other stakeholders to keep loans on schedule.
• Monitor deadlines, maintain accurate records in Encompass, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful loan closings.

• This is a full-time, office-based position in a modern, cozy environment in our Fort Lauderdale HQ.
• Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

• Minimum 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience.
• Experience processing Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM loans.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage guidelines, documentation requirements, and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and delivering excellent customer service.
• Associate's degree (required) or 0-2 years of professional experience.
