Job OverviewPhoenix Financial is seeking a mid-level Wealth Advisor / Financial Advisor specializing in private equity and pre-IPO opportunities to join our rapidly expanding team. This role offers the chance to work with high-net-worth clients, leveraging alternative investments and comprehensive wealth strategies within a modern, growth-oriented platform.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, providing tailored financial advice
- Educate clients on private equity, alternative investments, insurance solutions, and estate planning strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans
- Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes through integrated investment and insurance solutions
- Follow up with prospects and clients to facilitate capital deployment and execute planning strategies
- Stay informed on market trends, deal structures, and innovative planning techniques
- For trainees, complete licensing, training, and mentorship programs to achieve full advisor certification
- Motivated individuals with a strong sales mindset and work ethic, no prior finance experience required for trainees
- For experienced advisors, current Series 7/66 (or equivalent) licenses and a proven production track record
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage high-net-worth clients
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Pursuit or possession of FINRA and insurance licenses
- Experience with alternative investments, private equity, or pre-IPO opportunities
- Background in estate planning, insurance, or comprehensive wealth management
- Familiarity with digital platforms and institutional research tools
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-net-worth client relationships
