Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus
Fort Lauderdale, FL - 100% in office

- Analyze asset-level and portfolio-level investment returns, including IRR, NPV, cash yield, and related performance metrics
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for investment and financing decisions
- Evaluate aircraft leasing opportunities, market trends, asset values, and portfolio performance
- Partner with accounting, treasury, and tax teams on transactions, reporting, and financial governance
- Assess debt and equity financing alternatives and support capital structure decisions
- Prepare executive reporting and investment committee presentations
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in leasing, structured finance, or investment analysis preferred
- Advanced financial modeling expertise with strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of leasing economics, asset valuation, and lease accounting standards
