Mortgage Loan Officer

Society Mortgage is looking for motivated Mortgage Loan Officers to join our growing team.

Whether you have mortgage experience or are new to the industry, you'll begin with a 1–3 month training period as a Loan Officer Assistant to learn our systems, mortgage products, and sales process before transitioning into the Loan Officer role.

What You'll Do

• Speak with warm leads and potential borrowers
• Build relationships and qualify borrower needs
• Learn mortgage products and the home‑buying process
• Develop your sales and communication skills
• Work alongside experienced Loan Officers and top producers
• Transition into a full Loan Officer role after training

What We’re Looking For

• Driven, competitive, and goal‑oriented
• Confident and comfortable on the phone
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Sales, customer service, call center, or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required

NMLS licensing is not required to start.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

Location: Downtown Fort Lauderdale | Full‑time, in‑office
