The position is based in Fort Lauderdale and requires independent judgment, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities in a high-volume environment.
Keyqualifications:
- Knowledge of eligibility programs and public assistance determination processes
- Experience with case processing procedures, workflow management, and Microsoft Office applications
- Data analysis and operational reporting skills; ability to research and resolve case discrepancies
- Experience reviewing eligibility cases for accuracy and compliance with state and federal requirements
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with statewide ESS leadership and staff
