- Independent decision‑making skills
- Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions
- Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families
- Ability to relate positively to residents and families and work cooperatively with other employees
- Capability to maintain regular attendance
- Meet all local health regulations and complete a post‑offer health assessment
- Physical and sensory requirements: walking, reaching, climbing, bending, lifting, grasping, fine hand coordination, pushing and pulling, hearing and responding to pages; reading, writing, communication, calmness under stress, and sensory discrimination
At least 2 years of experience
Responsibilities- Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Develop and maintain skills in McKesson RIS, Physician Portal, PCM, PMM, Kronos, PACS, PHS, Teletrak, and other clinical systems related to modalities
- Monitor and ensure equipment performance to specification
- Assist supervisor in maintaining adequate supplies for patient care
- Capture relevant exam information at the time of the exam
- Assist radiologists in performing exams, providing clinical excellence
