Summary:

The value base director is responsible for leading and implementing strategies that drive value-based care initiatives. This includes overseeing projects, developing workflows, and ensuring alignment with performance-based reimbursement models to improve patient outcomes and reduce costs. The role also involves collaborating with various stakeholders, such as providers, care teams, and payers, to achieve these goals.

Essential

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

Essential

Experience:

* Seven years of experience with coding, risk adjustment models (Medicare Advantage) and leadership.

Essential Credentials:

* CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder), CPMA (Certified Professional Medical Auditor), CDEO (Certified Documentation Expert Outpatient) certifications.
