Seasons Psychotherapy Associates is hiring Registered Intern Therapists (RCSWI, RMHCI, RMFTI) for our Broward County offices in Davie, Fort Lauderdale, and Coral Springs.

This position is designed for motivated early-career clinicians pursuing Florida licensure who want structured support, strong supervision, and sustainable caseload growth.

You’ll work primarily from one of our welcoming Broward offices (location preference considered), with hybrid telehealth options based on client needs.

We serve clients across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

• Build and maintain a consistent weekly caseload
  • Start at 15+ sessions/week
  • Ramp toward 24+ sessions/week for full-time benefits
• Participate in weekly individual and/or group supervision (at no cost)
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with colleagues and external providers
• Uphold high ethical and professional standards

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy
• Currently registered (or eligible within 60 days) as:
  • RCSWI, RMHCI, or RMFTI
• Availability for at least 2 late-afternoon/evening shifts per week (e.g., 3–8 PM)
• Commitment to building a steady caseload of 15+ sessions/week with our referral support
• Strong engagement in supervision and professional development

• Experience in outpatient, school-based, or community mental health
• Confidence managing a therapy caseload
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese (highly valued)
• Strong reliability, communication, and professionalism

As a W-2 employee, you’ll earn a competitive fixed portion of fees collected:

• $40–$52+ per client session (face‑to‑face therapy hour), paid biweekly
• No overhead, billing, credentialing, or collections responsibilities
• Realistic full‑time annualized earning potential: $50,000–$78,000+ at 24–30+ sessions/week (~50 working weeks/year, supported by consistent referrals)
