- Medicaid Verification:
Ensure prospective clients have active Medicaid coverage. - Client Outreach:
Initiate contact with parents/guardians to introduce Chrysalis Health services. - Referral Coordination:
Work with the Intake Supervisor to initiate assessments for interested clients. - Data Management:
Accurately enter client information into Microsoft Access Database and eCR. - Administrative Support:
Handle clerical duties, including filing referrals, copying intake packets, and processing incoming mail. - Phone Communication:
Manage high call volumes, assisting referral sources and clients efficiently. - Compliance & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records, respond to inquiries within 24 hours, and ensure compliance with all organizational policies. - Collaboration & Compassion:
Work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating empathy and professionalism at all times.
- Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent - Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Compliance Requirements:
- Successfully pass all annual criminal background checks
