• Provide technical support during technology-enabled procedures and coordinate on-site installations
• Act as the primary liaison for customer repair and technical support issues
• Educate and train healthcare professionals on technical matters related to medical technologies
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify prospective users for advanced medical procedures
• Maintain system hardware and software to ensure optimal performance

• High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience; or an Associate Degree with 4 years; or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience in clinical, medical sales, or related fields
• Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to drive approximately 50% of the time within assigned territory
• Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging/navigation/robotics systems
• Must be able to perform physical tasks associated with the job, including standing, sitting, and using hands for various tasks

• RT and/or MRI certification
• Prior experience with Image Guided Systems
• Experience in an operating room setting
• Familiarity with Medtronic products and technologies
• Local candidates are preferred for this position
