Key Responsibilities Manage and implement compliance programs that meet regulatory requirements for assigned products Oversee conflict of interest (COI) intake, review, adjudication, and monitoring processes Draft compliance policies and ensure timely updates in response to regulatory changes
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Compliance, Healthcare Administration, Business, Law, or related field;
Master's or Juris Doctorate preferred Minimum of 3+ years of progressive compliance experience, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries Hands-on experience managing COI and Exclusions compliance programs strongly preferred Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Experience with compliance case management systems
